One — Your consultation
We talk for about 30 minutes about your household: your schedule, your child’s age and temperament, what has worked before and what hasn’t. If we aren’t the right fit, we’ll tell you on that call rather than take your money.
Two — The search
We go to work. We post the role, reach into our own network, screen applicants, verify experience, call references, and run background checks. You do none of this.
Three — Your short list
You receive a small number of candidates chosen for your family specifically, each with a profile explaining why we picked them for you.
Four — Interviews and trial
You meet the candidates you like. We help you prepare questions, sit in if you want us to, and we recommend a paid trial day before anyone commits.
Five — The offer
We help you structure pay, hours, guaranteed hours, paid time off, and expectations, and put it in a written agreement both sides sign.
Six — After placement
We check in after placement has been made. If something isn’t working, we address it early — that is usually the difference between a small adjustment and a placement falling apart.
Our guarantee
If the match doesn't hold, we go back to work.
