You're not hiring help. You're choosing an influence.

Finding a nanny on your own means sorting applications, chasing references, running background checks, and hoping your gut is right — all while carrying a full schedule. We do that work, and we do it to a standard we’d want in our own homes.

Tell us your situation on a consultation call and we’ll tell you honestly what fits.

Investment

What it costs, and why.

Every family’s situation is different — the schedule, the number of children, the level of experience you need, whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or something in between. Because of that, we don’t post a one-size-fits-all fee. After a brief call to understand what you’re looking for, we’ll give you an accurate quote with no surprises.

What the fee covers is the search, the screening, the interviews, and the support that follows.  Most of the work happens before you ever meet a candidate — verifying what’s on a resume, calling references who actually pick up, and passing on the applicants who look fine on paper and don’t hold up in conversation.

Let's find the right person for your family.

One conversation, no pressure. Tell us about your household and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help
